SPREADING CHRISTMAS CHEER WITH LITTLE STARS
At Shuker Building & Development, we are proud to support our local community, and this Christmas we were thrilled to get involved with Little Stars’ “Santa’s Little Stars” campaign as our Christmas Charity of the Year.
On Wednesday 3rd December, our team turned one of our tipper trucks into a festive Christmas sleigh. Yard Manager Dale Jinman donned the Father Christmas outfit to deliver £1,000 worth of gifts for children aged 0–17. These presents will help ensure that babies and children supported by Little Stars receive something special to open on Christmas Day.
We also set up a JustGiving page to support Little Stars’ important work across Shropshire: www.justgiving.com/page/shukergroup-santaslittlestars. Thanks to the generosity of our office and site teams, suppliers, friends, families, and local businesses, we were able to reach even more children this Christmas.

Little Stars is a dedicated charity supporting children across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin. They provide essential items – including clothing, toys, equipment, and pre-loved bundles – to help families experiencing complex situations. Their Santa’s Little Stars appeal ensures children who might otherwise receive nothing still wake up to a meaningful gift on Christmas Day, thanks to referrals from trusted local agencies and organisations.
