2025 BUSINESS GROWTH AWARD FINALIST
We’re proud to share that Shuker Building & Development was recently shortlisted as a finalist for the Outstanding Business Growth award at this year’s Shropshire Chamber Business Awards.
The event took place on Thursday 20 June at the Telford International Centre, bringing together some of the most exciting and ambitious businesses from across the county. It was a fantastic evening celebrating local enterprise, innovation, and dedication. It was an honour to be part of it.
Standing Among Shropshire’s Best
Being named a finalist in this category is a huge achievement for our entire team. The Outstanding Business Growth award recognises companies that have shown significant, sustainable expansion, and we’re incredibly proud to be considered among the county’s most forward-moving businesses.
We were shortlisted alongside a number of outstanding organisations, including Aviramp, Chrisbeon Office Supplies, and Komplex Community. All of whom we congratulate on their own incredible journeys.
What This Means to Us
Our nomination was based on a period of consistent growth and development, not just in the size of our team or number of projects, but in the strength of our systems, our customer relationships, and our overall impact across Shropshire and surrounding areas.
Over the past year, we’ve expanded our workforce, taken on increasingly ambitious projects, and refined the way we work to ensure our standards continue to rise alongside our capacity. We’ve stayed true to our values: putting our clients first, supporting the local community, and investing in quality across every part of the business.
A Night to Remember
The awards night was a brilliant celebration. Our team had the opportunity to connect with other local businesses, hear inspiring stories, and reflect on just how far we’ve come. Welcoming the judges to our HQ in the lead-up to the event was a highlight. We were proud to show them who we are, how we work, and where we’re going next.
While we didn’t take home the trophy this time, the recognition means the world to us. Being named a finalist confirms that we’re heading in the right direction and it only motivates us to keep pushing forward.
